I had to call three times to get a status on my repair for Friday Saturday and Monday

We purchased the vehicle less than a year ago at your dealership and have taken it in 5 times for service now and have paid $1,500 out of pocket and that is with warranties we had. Very unsatisfactory

everyone was very nice without being stuffy , "professional", pushing hard for the sale, and explained the workings of the vehicle before I drove it off the lot. Sometimes its nice to deal with a human being, rather then a programmed robot.

The space is very clean. The wait time can be too long at times, so having a clean, comfortable space is important. The service people should give regular updates on their progress and time to completion.

I recently purchased a car and had a genuinely great experience. From the moment I walked in, OT (my sales guy ) was welcoming and helpful without being pushy. They took the time to answer all my questions, explained everything clearly, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. The selection of vehicles was impressive, and I was able to find exactly what I was looking for at a fair price. Financing I appreciated the transparency and the way they respected my time. Overall, it was a pleasant and easy car buying experience. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone in the market for a new vehicle!

Well fixed my car but there was no cars available for me to use! Therefore I had to wait 3 hours

I usually work with Carlos but he was off so he recommended Junior and all I can say is he is the best advisor I have worked with. He listened to all my concerns about the trans service needing to be done and explained everything to me even though I had a million different questions he took the time to answer them all. He made sure everything that needed to be done was done! Hands down the best service writer that’s at your dealer along with Carlos!!

The salesman that I worked with was wonderful, but I encountered a problem that really wasn’t his fault. Since I was paying cash for my vehicle I was given the amount to make out the cashiers check for, which I did. When the paperwork was completed I was due a refund as they charged me for new license plates and I had opted to keep my old plates. I was told on Friday that they could not give me the refund that day as there was no one to sign the check. I was told to come in on Monday to get the refund check. So I drove back Monday morning and no check as there was no one to sign the check. I asked why someone didn’t call me to let me know the check was not available and no one knew anything about a refund check. I was annoyed that there seemed to be no communication among staff. Today is Wednesday and I still have heard nothing from the dealership. The amount of refund is not significant, but lack of communication is significant to me.

I appreciated the honesty regarding the wait time. I also appreciate not having to make an appointment for an oil change

Service was great. Finished faster than I anticipated. One problem. Josh is a Chicago Bears hater. Even worse he likes the Steelers. It’s a mental health issue. I get it. Have fun with our sloppy seconds quarterbacks. lol. All good.

Had great service, did all I wanted/needed. Antifreeze flush, trans flush, oil change. The wait wasn’t bad at all. Price is what it was but, runs smooth.

I know mistakes happen because we are only human. I noticed small drips under my truck after an oil change. After further investigating it appeared by the oil filter but after crawling under the vehicle I found that the drain plug was loose. I tightened it up snug. It's disappointing at a dealership that this would happen. First oil change in Illinois from moving from Wisconsin. First impression is not good. I'm looking for a dealership that I can trust will do it right. Everything else about this first visit was spot on.

I found the vehicle that I wanted, called to see if they could get it for me! This would be My 3 vehicle that I’d bought from Al Piemonte. Yes!!! Very accommodating got Me exactly what I wanted. I told them the extras I wanted! Found the financing with the lowest interest! The monthly payment I wanted! So very happy and excited about my 2026 Traverse!!!!! Thank You Again!!!!!

Techs service recommendations are never consistent nor accuratly conveyed to customer according to gm standards. Vehicle issues and complaints are also not documented and cause additional duress do to misinformation being conveyed to customer.

I got a phone call about an oil change for 69.99 so I went in for it and they told me no they couldn't do it for that price because my truck takes a lot of oil after telling them a few times about the phone I got from them they gave it to me for that price it going to be put into the computer for that but it wasn't

I had my first maintenance that day which was included when I leased the car in February. I was in and out with the hour and at no charge. All the service required was done and completed. The person who talked with me was so very nice and pleasant.

Pretty quick service

From the beginning issue with the noise from the engine, Josh the service writer kept me informed of the progress with the truck. Rather than scheduling a service appointment, Josh suggested keeping it over night and letting the service tech listen to it cold. Thankfully, I agreed. Once the problem was found, I was provided with a service loaner. Was notified by Josh, that my service was moved up in the que, not expecting priority due to being a fireman/paramedic locally. Josh kept me notified as to the arrival of the engine and expected date back in my possession. Was a few days late, but as explained, all systems and checks had to be done. On pickup of the vehicle, Josh and Scott, service tech, went over findings and recommended the next service interval. Highly recommend the service from your dealership. Thank You!
